Fit on page programmatically

Hello

I have a table that spreads my document onto 2 pages (see attach). If I increase the width of one column and select the 'Fit All Columns on One Page' option the whole document will fit on one page. I don't know why but it's not (always) working.

From what I noticed, if I scroll on second page and run the macro it works ok, but if I am on the first page, running the macro doesn't do the job. Now I've found 2 solutions for this problem: either zoom out to see both pages, either select a cell in the last used row (page 2) before running the script.
The downside is that I cannot use the Application.ScreenUpdating.
Any thoughts?
