Help with VBA Code to force the printer to print in colour

Hi All

I have the follwoing code which when users click on the button will send the pre set printing area to the printer. However our coulour printer is set to print in Black and white by Default and when I need my code to change the printer setting to colour and print everything in one page (scale down).

Thecode above wotks if I manually change the printer setting, however it doesnt if I want this to be automated, i.e. when a user opens the spreadsheet it click on print button on the sheet for it to change the setting to colour and print the area in one sheet.

Any help is apprecaite it.

You can't without complex code, you need to use APIs to interact with the printer - this isn't an Excel thing, rather a printer thing
