Macro to copy data from website and paste to Excel

Hello, I have zero knowledge on how to build a a macro so I am hoping someone can help me. I just simply need to have a macro that copies data from a website and pastes it into my Excel file tab labeled 'DataDump'. I need to make sure that everything on the page is copied as well. If possible, also need this to run at every 15min intervals.
