IF Value in A = "OB" then swap contents of column C + E

Morning,

I have a tool which provides detail on exchanged items, however the data dump I receive has both inbound and outbound listed.

I need to put all the inbound items into column E and outbound into column C but I have to use a vlookup to find the items they are exchanged with.

I'm fine with getting the two lists of items, however I need any row where OB is in column A to have the contents of E and C swapped.

I want to have this a specific code which I will add to the end of my macro for ease of maintainance.
