How to Automatically batch print email attachments using Macro?

    Hello All,
I am in dire need of assistance. I work for a company that receives roughly 500 timesheets by attachment every two weeks and it is my job to open every single email and print the attachments (.pdf, .gif, and .jpeg). I have tried following instructions online but I keep messing it up somewhere along the lines. I really dont have much experience with macros.

What I'm looking to do is:

    1. batch print all the email attachments (attachments only, not the email message) from a folder called "Timesheets-Recieved" whenever I run the macro
    2. Once printed, move a copy of the email w/attachment into another folder called "Timesheets-Printed"
    3. Delete email from "Timesheets-Recieved

Is this at all possible? If someone can help me with the code I will be forever grateful!

    Tayo

    Hello,
Won't it be better to use another Third party tool that can solve the Batch Printing. I am currently using PrintConductor for the Batch Printing of my XLS files and it is very fast.
With PrintConductor, you just need to save all your files in a definite folder and then select the folder for printing. It will print all the files instantly.
