Paid Help Wanted - Writing Simple VBA Game companion

I hope this is allowed, or if not and it should go under the Commercial Services forum please let me know?

I'm actually looking for someone to help me write the entire thing as I have no clue how to do it.

What it will be is a simple companion to a game that I play. In Excel I have a table of data that I type in which contains a few columns which are Location names, items to buy and items to sell. The table is basically a trade route.
It tells me where to travel, what to buy there and sell there, then on to the next one.

I want to be able for the user (myself for now) to be able to enter in whatever data in this table as needed, and then run the VB scripting and it will show only 2 columns of the data (starting with the first row of data, and the header) I wish to have this without excel showing so that it is visual over the game (I know this is possible because there are several programs people have made doing the same, with excel). There will be a button to cycle to the next destination "row" which then will show all the data from row 2, and also I would like to include a shortcut (say. ALT N for next and ALT P for previous) that will do the same as the button. Also when clicking next or previous is will COPY the contents of the first cell in the row to the clipboard (for pasting into a navigation panel in game)

That is the gist of it. Very simple actually I just have no clue how to do this sort of thing. I can include more pictures, examples, if I can find someone willing to help and whose price I can afford

I was going to post this in Commercial Services but I am unsure if that is for full written projects or only answers to questions?

Thanks in advance to anyone who might be interested.

I am including a sample screenshot of the game with how the data would be displayed (though I would have it visually different than this so it fits the game more) and the excel file where the data would be entered.

Yes I saw that forum I even mentioned it in my post.

The issue is there are no instructions I can see on how that works. I have to buy credits just to post and not sure if that is just to be able to post or if that also gets me help with the program?

I have no problem paying of course, but was hoping for a full paid project and wasn't sure if posting here or there was proper.

If posting there is each post going to cost "credits" whereas I keep running out or..

Forgive me the commercial forum is new so I don't know how it works.

I missed the FAQ, I thought that was a general FAQ. I will read it now.

Could a mod/admin please delete this thread so that I can repost it in the commercial section. I have purchased credits.

    Thanks.
