Question create worksheets and renamed based of list from other workbook into a template

I haven't been able to figure it out yet and keep beating my head on this. Hopefully I will make sense.

I have 2 workbooks named template and data. I want to copy the test worksheet in template workbook and create new worksheets based on the list from data workbook(column A) and renamed.

I also want to copy the cell information from data workbook and paste them into the corresponding worksheet and cell in template workbook.

    Data workbook Template workbook

    A1 copies to D11
    C2 copies to D12
    D2 copies to K9
    E2 copies to K10
    F2 copies to K11
    G2 copies to J32
    H2 copies to J33

template worksheets named based off of column A till the end of the list
