Clearing Many Columns but Leaving the Top Rows to Contain Data

I am trying to clear multiple columns all the way from A to BY but leaving the top 12 rows with their data. Is there a quicker way of doing this rather than like my code above where I have just used 'Copy&Paste' - changing one letter each time...

Your help would be greatly appreciated

    Best wishes

But I don't want all contents to be cleared between those two points. I would like to leave the top 12 rows full of data, is the only way I can achieve this writing a statement for each line?

The code I posted will clear columns A to BY from row 13 down, is that not what you want?
