Please Help Tonight - Macro Leaving Sheet Unprotected

First, I will have this thread closed and open it in commercial services to pay someone to help me tonight with this. Or if anyone in here will take a look at my attached spreadsheet or the code below and help me tonight, I would extremely appreciate it. This was supposed to be presented tomorrow morning, and I thought we had the macros figured out. I used the commercial services forum and received awesome help last Saturday. However, we obviously missed this issue.

When you click and change the value of the targeted cells, it hides/shows all the correct columns and rows and protects the spreadsheet again like it should (where the code works). However, if I put a value in any of the other cells, it leaves the spreadsheet unlocked. We are using select cases, because the macros have a huge lag time when entering data otherwise, leaving the spreadsheet unusable.

Does anyone know how I can get it where I can enter numbers/values into the non-targeted cells and not have the spreadsheet unlocked?


There is actually a whole lot more code/cases and targets than I listed below. I tried to simplify it.

Thanks! I'm not sure why, though. I had to zip it due to its size and did it the same way that worked on Saturday. And I tried clicking the link, where it opened for me. Does anyone else mind trying to open it to see if they have the same issue?
