Sum and CountIF with table elements

I want to delete rows in a table where cells after column E (listcolumns(5)) are blank.

    Initially I used the following:
Please Login or Register to view this content.
However it fails if there are positive and negative values that cancel each other out as this data needs to remain. It also wasn't addressing the tabe but that's something I'm going to sort shortly.

So I need to change from a Sum to a CountIF however the following does not work (argument not optional):
Please Login or Register to view this content.
This did not give any error but rsum always has a value of empty:
Please Login or Register to view this content.
I could loop through each Listrow to determine if all cells are blank but this wouldn't be efficient.

Can anyone advise what I've missed/done incorrectly?
