Angry Resize problem with vba UserForm

I have a userform which is getting resized so that the background image is not occupying the entire form, because of which the controls are looking like they have been moved away from their actual location.

I have actually attached both the screen shots. The problem is that though I am getting proper userform, when it is used on some other computers, they are seeing this kind of problem. I tried changing resolution and tried reproducing this error but I failed to reproduce.

I could not find anything on web regrading this kind of problem. Can anybody help me out with resolving this problem?

    Thanks in advance.

nice response, I am amazed how much time and effort it takes someone to explain a post is in the wrong section instead of supplying an answer to their question that would take 30 seconds.

nice response, I am amazed how much time and effort it takes someone to moan about a post 2 year old thread explaining a post is in the wrong section, using a proforma set of text, instead of supplying an answer to their question that would take 30 seconds.

Well if it would take 30 seconds to provide the right answer, I for one would be very grateful.
I cant find a way to make the image resize - especially when the aspect ratio changes.
