please help me it problem for me is necessary about workbooks close

hi my friends
i have a big problem than very necessary please help me
i have an excel file that have a form,there is a text box for write the path and a button on the form that could recall another excel file and open it.but i can not do any change on the opened file even changing a text through a cell and when(this very necessary)i close the opened file,then the file that included form will be close suddenly.please help me about close the workbooks
