Can you attach a sample workbook with some dummy data showing your spreadsheet layout before a macro is and then a results sheet of what it would look like after? To attach a file, click Go Advanced at the bottom of the screen scroll down to the Manage Attachments button, browse to the required file, and then push the Upload button.

I think a macro is not needed. Please check out the attached file. I hope I didn't make a mistake in the math formula

In Columns E and F how do you get those numbers (the math)?
First of all, I assume your "real" data doesn't have just "1" or "10" as point locations? Also, if you are calculating the distance between the two points, why are there 2 columns of results? X to Y is the same distance as Y to X as far as I know?
