Userform/Chart Question - real challenge (maybe)

I am wondering if it is possible to create a userform that lets someone choose a person's name from a list and then what data they would like to plot. Then it creates a scatterplot chart with the person plotted and labled. In addition, the chart would also show the plot points for everyone else for the same data only they will not be labeled. The user can also open the userform again and make edits if they wish such as showing all data labels (or names of people). I have not started to build anything mainly due to not sure how to go about it.
And to clarify the data would be in a typical column set up where column 1 is the person's name and then the other columns would hold the other data options that the user could choose from in the userform. I would prefer to build this and run it in excel only.

Any ideas or direction would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

this is certainly doable, but excel actually has introduced a pretty nifty feature called "slicers" for pivot tables / charts. i'd recommend you take a look at that, it sounds like it will likely do pretty much everything you're wanting.

if you don't like the looks of that, or there's something else you're trying to accomplish which slicers cannot then post a sample of your workbook and specific information around what you want the end result to look like (variability of input / output etc...) and i'm quite confident someone here will be able to help.
Hope I could help - if your post has been solved don't forget to mark it as such.
