    Saving a range

Im not sure how to start on this problem. So I best just ask.

Since I cannot upload a file (gets stuck while uploading for some reason (im using chrome)) I try to explain it as good as possible.

I have a range (let's just say A1:G10) that I want to have saved as a new file named ..../wonderful/[cell A1].xls
I assume the name of the file won't be the problem. So don't focus on that.

Now I wonder if there is a way to just say something like: sheets().range().SaveAs filename,......
Or do I have to create the file, then copy the range to that file and then just save the file.

I've tried looking it up, but can't find an answer (even not in my millions of other questions already asked on this forums)
    So help will be welcome

Unless I'm mistaken you have to create the new book and then copy your range over.

    Re: Saving a range

Ok, will do that I suppose that's nothing too complicated.

For now I've been able to make the new file and save it.
So just copy the range correctly and I can continue my little project
