generate a import table from the information per in a row to multble Row's per record set

Hello,

I would be great if you could help, because i'm a Noob with VBA coding.

Challange:
I try to generate a import table for a Project Management Software. The Format for the import table is given by the Software Import function.

Source:
The Data source is a .xls with all the relevant project data listed within one ROW (example "Source Table Format")

Target:
the required import format for the PM Software however includes the information per Project over multiple ROW's and is a given Format (example "Target Table Format")


Mapping:
I marked the relevant Cells with the same Colors, so you can see the final required mapping.
There is a lot of Cells where no data will be filled out (empty)
There are given text like in cell B14-B15 which for each Project will stay the same

how must the VBA code look like so this Import table can be generated.
