Swits leading minus and put minus infront of numbers without macro

HI I need help to in column E ( Start A2). To take the leading minus away from the numbers who have that, and the numbers without I need to put a leading minus in front. I need a macro because of a part of other macros.

Before it could look like this.

-2830610,17
2915664,87
-4562667,22
After the macro run like below.

HI Nilem and thanks I just tested it and it make the change if I change the A2 to E2, but with both either A2 or E2, it change in other columns also. I have to be only in column E2 and down.

If time please have a look.

I can put a fixed range in but it give me zeroes on the cells where no numbers.
