I am stuck with something I need to do, and my vba skills are so limited its embarrassing. I am posting a simplified version of what I need to build, please let me know if you can help at least with bits and pieces of it!
So trying to create a workbook that is used for planning and scheduling by activity and by resource, in a calendar view.
The Activities tab need to have a button that runs a macro which adds a number of rows with pre-populated values:
Enter Location (Column B)
Enter Activity (Column C)
Resources (Column D, starting from row below the row that has Location and Activity (see example in workbook). The resource values will have to be pulled from a separate Resources list as it may change)
The macro will basically continue the list however many times a user wants, and will automatically group the lines where the resources are listed.
The calendar area will then be used for manual input of hours for each activity/resource/week of the month).
Another tab Schedule needs to recognize all the values in the Activities tab and display a calendar view for each resource and all the activities they were assigned to (if their hours for that activities were more than 0).
