Please help me create a macro that would reformat the horizontal table in the attached spreadsheet to a proper data table. The second tab shows the final format I am looking to get. Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

Please find the attached workbook and click on the button on Report Sheet to run the macro. See if this is what you were trying to achieve.
