User Form Image Flickering Problem VBA

Dear Sir

any one can look in to my code. there might be some problem which i did not understand why some time Image are flickering

I have set mouse over even... you can see in my sample file .. just move mouse on user form... there is a Number from 1 to 12, when I move mouse from 3 to 6 its flickering and on other number its working good.

please try to move mouse slowly on 4 to 6 and its flickering number 12 and other..

is that a problem with my PC or what i did not understand
