Getting stock info from a site automatically on a daily basis

I would appreciate any help on retrieving stock data from a web site. I would like this to update automatically through out the day while the market is open. And to do it everyday. I have attached an Excel spreadsheet with the basic layout.

Of course, you can do it , import data from any website, with help of below option in Excel.
Data---->in "Get External data tab" click on "From web option----> it will open a data import window like internet explorer----> type the web address from where you want to get stock data-----> select the data table with a symbole in yelllow color in upper left corner of the table----> click import---->give cell address---and wait until data retrieved from the web----> now you just have to refresh the data everytime.
