Assign named range to one cell depending on named range in another

I have Named ranges on Sheet2.
I have GROUP named range and SECT1 thru SECT4 named ranges
I've assigned the GROUP named range to sheet1 B3 (choose GROUP1 thru GROUP4)
* I used data validation to assign the group range *
Depending on that Group, I want to assign the SECT# that goes with it.
(i.e. I select GROUP3 in B3, then I want SECT3 (numbers 51-75) to be a list choice in B5)

try the attached (without VBA). Data validation for B1 in Sheet1 is defined as List with formula:
