Insert row with same formatting and formulas in shared Excel

    Hello all,

I've been helped here a few times, and now I'm back with another question.

I'm updating a requirement workbook which has to be able to be used by a lot of people. So this workbook is shared.
I can't do antything about that.

It is a workbook with a lot of rows of requirements, justifications, open questions, etc.

To be able to track whether a requirement is verified, needs justification or has open questions for example, I've made an If(and()) statement in each row, in column A together with conditionally formatting. I will ad an example.

The problem is that it has to be easy to add an extra row in between for an extra requirement. Because it is not prefferable to adjust the formula and the formatting every time you add a row, I want to have a solution to do this automatically.

I thought to be smart and used a table. This works perfect, without the fact that this has to be a shared workbook.. So there goes my solution.

Now, I've read somewhere that I can place a macro into the private workbook section. I've I do that before the workbook is shared and then share the workbook, this code can not be adjusted, but it shoot still work. In the first place, is this correct?

And second.. I can't find any code that will work.

I hope that anyone can find a solutions for my problem.

    Thank you in advance!

    Bart

    ps.

    - The workbook MUST be shared.
    - No manualy copy and paste the formulas plus formatting. If you insert a row, it has to be the same as each other row.
    - If anything is not clear, please ask and I will try to explain.
    - If there is no solutions, please let me know as well, because then I'm going to dive into the more complex programs for requirements. (Raccoon, IBM Doors etc)
