A request to create a user form

Hi friends,

I want to display a logo/picture and a welcome message after opening a workbook. I know that it’s possible by user form but I don’t know how to create a user form. It should display for 5-10 seconds and close automatically. Do insert any sample logo/picture and tell me how to replace it for inserting my logo/picture in it later.

I request you to create a user form for me.

The welcome message is:

“Welcome to ABC Foundation!”
