Create Outlook Appointment from Excel in Public Folder

Hi all I am pretty new to VBA and coding and would appreciate any help with my problem. I am looking to automatically create and send an Outlook Appointment from data in an excel spreadsheet, and set the appointment on a Public Calendar. The following code works to create a new appointment in my Default Calendar and send to the correct recipients, how could I change it so the appointment appears in a public calendar instead of my default calendar? The reason for me needing to do this is so that multiple users of the excel workbook can create and send appointments, and they will display in a public calendar for all users to see the appointments.

Re: Create Outlook Appointment from Excel in Public Folder

Hi I have managed to sort this now with the following code

What I now want to achieve is to have a checkbox on each row in a worksheet that will run this macro when checked, which I can do ok, but is there any way of changing the code so that the "Subject", "Start" and "Recipients" uses the data from the cells on the same row as the checkbox being checked, the columns would be the same just the row would change depending on which row the checkbox is situated. I would greatly appreciate any help on this matter

    Thanks
