Filter copy paste data based on sheet name

I have Data
which contains sheet name "Base"in that sheet based on Item column, I need to Filter the Data in sheet 1 and copy paste to the specific sheet name automatically-

I think I understood what you meant...I have added a button to Sheet 1 to process all of the information for you.

thanks for the effort ...clarification -

I have issues

1.when I changes detail in sheet 1and click button again previous data not clear and it paste under old data I need clear old data and paste it

I need insert copied data in every sheets's second row
