Excel not responding after exactly 3 seconds

So, after three seconds of running this code with conditional compiling for excel...It still stalls after three seconds of running it.

Can anyone tell me how I can prevent this from occurring?

You might change your iterative calculations maximum values field. Try increasing it. (File-Options-Formulas).
