Macro to convert spreadsheet to new format that is non-file specific

I recorded this macro to take a older Excel version file and convert it to 2013. It works fine but for the specific filename & path. Is there a way of re-writing the filename part so that it works on the current file that the macro is run from please ?

Why? 2013 should not have a problem opening and reading older versions of excel?

It's not the opening and reading that I have a problem with. 2013 opens these older spreadsheets in compatibility mode which seems to limit some of the features. Now you ask I'll double check the feature I'm grappling with to see if the solution provided on my previous post about dates actually solves this as well.
