Open Log in Form When Click anyware in the Sheet

Dear All,
I seek your assistance to solve my Douts
I have on Excel file for NQC.there have 3 sheet. i want lock main sheet with login form .for user and Admin,
For user just access for read .not allow to edit or do anything in that sheet
For admin have access for do everything in that sheet .

Please help me to do it

Your workbook has no userform.... are you asking us to make the form and all the code? or do you have a sheet with some work already?

Dear Friend i can create userform and Code for Log But i dont know how i can provide access for read only for other user
If i am The admin i have Access to Edit, save , delete but other user have access for read
