Download internet file to the specific folder

Greetings,
For 32 bit system users:
Run following code.
Check Downloads Folder in your computer.
See that there is a file in the Downloads Folder.

My question is how to download internet file to the spesific folder (for example to the Desktop)?

Why following code downloads the internet file to the Downloads Folder instead of C:\ ?
