Programmed Ribbon has stopped working

So I have some ribbons that do work, but when I reprocess the ribbon code on a program, that ribbon either doesn't work or doesn't even show up on my Excel 2007.

The Microsoft Trust Center settings are
1. Message Bar: "Show message bar when content is blocked."
2. Trusted Locations: Folder workbook is in is shown in Trusted Locations.
3. Trusted Publisher: shows my personal/local Digital Certificate.
4. Addins: "require Application Add-ins be signed by trusted Trusted Publisher".
5. ActiveX Controls: "Prompt me befor enabling controls with minimal restrictions and "Safe Mode".
6. Macro Settings: "Enable all macros" and "Trust Access to VBA project model".
7. External Contact: "Prompt user abt Data Connections" & "Prompt on automatic update for workbook links".
8. Privacy Options: "Chk M/S documents that are from or link to suspicious sites".

I'm supposing that the M/S Trust options are setup to control all of my Excel programs.

And the ribbons on older excel programs work - until I reprocess the Ribbon Code. The macros all still work when I run them as Macros, but I can't run them thru the programmed Ribbon calls. I either get the "can't run" message or sometimes the ribbon itself just doesn't appear.

So what's going on? Any ideas?
