Adding a search box to my form

    Hi,

I managed to get myself this far and now I'm stuck.. I have created the attached form, it updates to a separate workbook (all that coding works and works well, no issues at all).

Now, what I am trying to achieve is to be able to pull the data from the database (history workbook) back into the input form so that I can edit it.

I am attaching a sample with the code I have managed to piece together, if one of you clever folk could please help me with the code to bring the data back into the input form I would be hugely grateful.

    Many thanks in advance.
