Open hyperlink (photo) in a specific spreadsheet location and specific size

I have an Excel database (worksheet:"Land DB")with many fields of information about pieces of property. One of the fields (col "BA"), has a hyperlink to a photo of the property. The worksheet "Report" can be populated by filling in the Sale ID (F2). The result of the lookup formula for the hyperlink (C42) does not return an active hyperlink, only the address. I would like open and size the photo to fit in the area G46:M59. Is this possible to do with a macro?
