Transfer one worksheet in an excel workbook to another worksheet workbook

Problem: I have a program that gets data out of a database and generates an excel file with the data. This happens over night. Then I take the excel file copy the data to another file which already has the pivots I need. Then I send it out to people so they can use it to.

What I want to do is try and remove my self from the equation and be able to get the data to people early depending on the time zone they are in.
I already have the e-mail portion taken care of but need to know how to take the excel file that is generated and replace it in the file that has the pivots.
