On Open or On Close

My workbook is growing to many sheets and three different users. Often it will get saved at whatever sheet the user was on.

The sheets are sorted alphabetically, so Sheet1 is not the first tab.

I would like the workbook to open on Sheet1, A1 regardless of where the user was when it was closed.

Should this be done On Open, On Close or On Save and can someone help me with the code?
