update data - search and replace across 2 worksheets

I have 2 sheets, "main data" and "update data". Both have many rows and a few columns. Is there a way to take a phone number from update data, search for it in the main data and then copy paste the entire row from update data into that corresponding line in main data? Thank you!!!

main data:
Name Phone
Johnny 555-555-5555

update data:
Name Phone
Johnny 222-222-2222

main data (updated):
Name Phone
Johnny 222-222-2222
