Compile error: User- defined type not defined

I get this error when I try to run the script:
    HTML Code:
And the first line "Sub MarketCap()" gets yellow showing the problem.

I thought it could be because of references, but I have those with ticks already:
    Visual Basic for Applications
    Microsoft Excel 12.0 Object Library
    Microsoft DAO 3.6 Object Library
    OLE Automation
    Microsoft Office 12.0 Object Library

    HTML Code:
    What could be the problem?

    You also need to tick:
    Ms HTML object
and XML version 6 or latest
