copy vlookup based on helper values

Hello. I've created vlookup formulas that add lookup values. For example, =IFERROR(VLOOKUP(F5,'[Monthly Employee Status Report 7-1-14 (2).xlsx]1.1.13'!$A$2:$D$94,4),0)+IFERROR(VLOOKUP(G5,'[Monthly Employee Status Report 7-1-14 (2).xlsx]1.1.13'!$A$2:$D$94,4),0)

I have helper rows in about 1000 rows down columns. Instead of having to manually copy the correct vlookup formula can I have a macro assign the correct formula based on the number of helper columns with text. For example, the cell that I use the formula above in has two columns to the left with helper lookup columns. Other rows have three, four, five, etc and the vlookup that I created has five plus signs. Make sense?

I have a feeling this will be easier to answer if you upload a small (clean) sample workbook (not a pic) of what you are working with, and what your expected outcome would look like.
