Macro to reconcile two rosters...maybe?

I have been given an assignment to reconcile two rosters of data and find the discrepancies. I am not sure what the best option would be but I feel like it may be a macro. See the attached spreadsheet, it is 'Task A'. All of the directions are there but I just do not know the best route to find a solution. Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks !!! Oh and I am new to the forum (first post) so I apologize if I did this wrong.
