Creating A formatting VBA code

Hi Guys
I have a sheet for that i need a code to edit that. The code is just to format the data but the problem is here that when i want to make that code it just apply to those codes while i am selecting in macro recording but i need a code that perform loop wise but i don't have complete knowledge of loop using in vba. To completely define my problem i have attached an example. Their is two forms of table one simple and the second one is formatted the number of data in this simple table is changing one time may be 10, 100 and so on for this i need a code that just applied by one row of data and loop wise on further data.
