Help with flattening a cross table with two groups of data

    Hi all,

I'm stuck with a flat table with two groups of data with Volumes and Sales. The real file is the whole Sales to profit by product, but its rather large so I've attached a snippet. What I'd like to do is take the data as is and put it into a flat table. So rather than be cross it would be something like:

    Customer | Product | Base Product | Date(Month) | Volume | Gross Sales

This in a line by line. My macro works for one group (Volume or Gross Sales) but i get screwed up when I try to get them both in the same line with the date. Has anyone seen a way to do this or know a quick way I can adapt a macro for two lines? I've explored online but a lot of the macros are a little too complex to adapt them beyond one group. I'm also trying to keep the products as text, since some are numbers and some are number/letter combos.

    Thanks for your help.

Worked beautifully. Much different solution than I proposed and makes a bit more sense. I don't understand all of it but I will spend the week. Great thanks!
