Option Box, Julian Date & Text Box Combination

Hi Guys,

I'm hoping some of you can solve my problem by using your awesome macro skills.
Problem:
I would like to put data from user form where the data result (Purchase no.) is generates from purchase type, today's julian date (for julian date converter: http://www.longpelaexpertise.com/toolsJulian.php ) and series number-which typed manually.
Herewith I attach the excel file along with detailed instruction for you to review.

I really hope some of you guys can help solving my problem considering I'm still newbie in macros and need help from professionals like you all
This macros will pretty much help me in my daily tasks.

NB: Please check my files, you may change the text_box1 with any other tools which you find more efficient, to create result as I instructed.
