I know nothing about macros other than how to run them, so any advice... please dumb it down.

I have emails from online chats in our call center. The very last lines of each email contain the following information I am interested in getting into Excel. Essentially, I need the "Your Question" and date of email in two cells on the same row, one row per email.

Your Question: Hi, I am applying for summer term accomodation, and was wondering what the differences are between summer term, Summer one and summer two please?

Any way to make this efficient for 16,000+ emails in Outlook? I tried exporting to CVS but it only takes the first 900(ish) characters and won't pull this information in... unless someone knows another trick.

Thank-
