Move data from many rows to many column with macros.

I am working on a database that has each project data entered horizontally in cells. Then each project used category (FIM1, FIM2 in the example) and each category has 21 entries (same type) vertically side by side in the cell. Each project has a maximum of 26 categories on their side. I want all the categories of a project to move from side by side to one below another. To clarify, In attached file I want FIM2 data of project Y1 to move under FIM1 and then FIM 3 under FIM2 upto FIM26 under FIM 25. In current format we have one project just underneath another, so we have to create 26 empty rows first under Project Y1 to move data from the side. Then the same thing has to repeat for project Y2. Just in case if necessary there are 370 projects in total so I have 370 rows of data right now in the database. Is it possible to do that with macros?

I HAVE ATTACHED A COPY OF THE DATABASE (WITH ONLY 3 ENTRIES) TO MAKE IT CLEAR. Please help I don't want to manually copy them.

Thanks xladept for trying, but i think my explanation of what i want to do is not clear. What you did was similar to what i want to do. But the difference is, i want the project info (Project number, project name, zone and area) to not to move. You will notice FIM1, 2 a& 3 has sub headings and data under them for projects. I want FIM2,3,4....26 data for a project to move under FIM1 (one below aother). I don't want to transpose data but literally copy and paste FIM1, 2, 3.... data and paste them under FIM1. same happen to next project all 26 FIMs data sits one under another and it continues upto project 370. I done one example (few cell are empty as those project dont have data after FIM 2) manually to make it visually clear for you. I would really appreciate your help.

I am trying to record macros but keep on getting debugging issues. I am stuck.
