Right! I have a list of documents (hundreds of them, soon to be thousands). What I need to do is to extract certain fields based on fairly simple queries and then combine rows leaving only uniquely identified rows with all available fields/columns filled in.

In the attached file I have multiple rows with five different unique identifiers ("Doc. No") and one potential issue date per row - that should be used to populate a sheet with dates based on their revision. Specifically, all rows with revisions A1, B1 and C1 should update the corresponding cells in a combined row on the next sheet. The desired result is shown in the sheet "Desired data".

Anyone got any good ideas?
