    Excel 2007 Read Only Message

    Hello,

    Can someone please tell me how I could change the message you get when someone has a workbook opened? You normally get a message the workbook is already opened and you can choose read only or alert me when workbook is available. Can I change the message to only say alert me when workbook is available or please try again? I want to be sure users do not create a read only version saving it somewhere on network. I've tried using the shared workbooks feature and I've run into too many issues.

    Hello Again,

    This is the message where I would like to disable the option "Read-Only". Just want the option to cancel or notify. Is it possible to do? Thank you.
