force dot instead of comma via vba or change it

Hi all,

I really need your help
I have a workbook with several worksheets in which a user enters information in a range of cells formatted as percentage.
Is it possible to prevent the user from inserting "," instead of "."? Or how can I change "," into "." via vba code?

i know something similar was posted before, but not for cells formatted as percentage.

I tried this:

the fact is that it is for work, it contains a lot of confidential info and it's a big workbook, so i'm not really comfortable sending it...
