Copy rows across multple sheets

first time still fairly new to excel and self taught so moving slowly, what I would like to do is copy multiple rows from multiple sheets, all sheets are labeled by months to a new sheet, labeled for now "other". I would like to be able to type in the category on the other sheet then press the "find button" to return all results across all sheets. all of my data will be entered on C48:I9999, there will be multiple entries in each category from each sheet. the row I would like the search performed in would be H48 and down, but I would like to include column I48 and down as it will have a basic description. as this is my first time I hope this gives you enough info, I have attached a picture of my workbook for reference. thank you in advance

I think you don't need the Find button on the Other Sheet so I have removed this.
Now once you type the category in C2 (Yellow cell), the worksheet change event code present on Other Sheet Module will look for records belonging to the category entered in all the worksheets except Other and Formulas Sheets and place the records if found below the headers row.

thank you for your quick response, I guess I should have been a little more precise, I just added a data validation box to sheet "other" C3, when I choose a category from there i would like it to find and copy all rows from #48 and down in all sheets "month" that meet the same data validation list found in H48 and down, essentially consolidating all like type transactions, into one sheet labelled "other" with the ability to cycle through all categories. i re attached the link with the new data list in C3

I think the code does exactly what you are saying.
Please populate some rows manually on the Other Sheet and highlight the rows on month sheets which you want to extract on the Other sheet after the code is executed.

I just copied and pasted all my original data and it doesn't seem to populate anything on the "other" sheet regardless of what category I choose, am I maybe doing something wrong in getting the macro to run or should it run automatically. again thank you for your time, my wife would like to see all our categorized spending throughout the year as she pleases

Please find the workbook. I selected Other from the drop down lit and see the output populated below. Isn't it what you are trying to achieve?
