listbox changes dateformat

Hi, hope someone can help as I have tried so many ways to get this to work -to no avail

When I run my search macro to return results display on listbox the dates that are in column "E". All results are returned fine except for the dates. My column on my workbook are formatted to UK date format, my region is UK. My datepicker that is triggered by click (textbox4 is one of them) is also dd/mm/yyyy formatted.

When I search or amend a record, my dates are always returning in US format; so if I yield five results, they will display as US format.

I just need my date columns to hold UK format.
