Help Needed: Offset

Hi Good Day,

I want a macro that locks specific cells in column C based on value in Column B, I was able to do it but in one cell only, Please teach me how to apply my macro in all cells in column C. I'm a totally noob with this, I tried to do Activesheet.cell.offset but it always prompt errors.

thanks for the reply, I've been trying upload the file but it always fail I'm not sure why.

What I want to happen is that

I have dates in column B:B

then I have data in Column C:C

I want to lock cells in column C:C based on the dates in Column B:B

Cell in Column C will be locked if the date in column B is 5 business days passed already

Column B Column C Scenario
4/5/2015 Locked cell in column c will be locked since the 5 business has already passed from the current day
5/1/2015 Can be Edit cell in column c is still not locked this will be lock on 5/8/2015

Thanks for the reply but the code you provided only locks C1 it does not apply in other cells of column c

I forgot to disable error handling for when the cell in column B is not a date.
Untested, but should work:
